Applications for Benefits and Salary Sacrifice

Your benefit selections may determine your annual benefit entitlement and fix your contractual salary for the year, subject to your employers’ approval. This is an HM Revenue & Customs requirement. In addition, your employer has the right to recover payments from you if your salary is insufficient to cover the benefits you have chosen in the Employee Benefits portal, for example, on leaving the company. At certain points, you may have the opportunity to redesign your benefits package (subject to your employers’ approval). You may however, be able to change your benefit selections during the year if you experience a Life Event. Please note that your benefit selections may impact your Income Tax and National Insurance position and/or your entitlement to certain State Benefits.

 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to the variation to your terms and conditions of employment and hereby authorise your employer to reduce your salary accordingly by the value of any benefits that you select. You also agree that you comply with the rules and regulations (statutory or company) of any benefits which you have chosen to receive.
